Charles Tramont is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Meridian Medical Practice Solutions, which is hailed to be the ``Preventative Medicine for the Health of Your Practice``, and is quickly becoming the membership platform for tens of thousands of physicians nationwide. Early in his career, Charles served in the U.S. Army Special Operations as a Psychological Operations Specialist and Russian Linguist, which created an incredible foundation for his future in field of Marketing and Advertising. After founding and operating a successful marketing firm in Scottsdale, AZ, Charles brought his team and expertise to the Las Vegas market where he developed what is considered a solution to declining patient outcomes, through creating a successful environment for today's physicians. Now at the helm of Meridian MPS, he continues to develop innovative methods of educating today’s physicians through physical and web based solutions.
Colonel (Dr.) Pete Demitry retired from the US Air Force after over 28 years on active duty and served as the Assistant Air Force (AF) Surgeon General. Dr. Demitry earned his undergraduate degree with Honors from the US Air Force Academy in 1978 and his Medical Degree (MD) in 1986. Col (ret) Demitry graduated from the Air Force’s prestigious Test Pilot School in 1991 and holds the distinction as the only Test Pilot Physician in Air Force history. His test pilot assignments included directing the Advanced Fighter Technology Integration F-16 Joint Test Force, at Edwards AFB, CA — as the only physician to ever hold that position. Dr. Demitry completed medical residency training and research fellowship at Harvard in 1998 and was selected as the Chief Resident in his class. Dr. Demitry is a Diplomat (Board Certified) of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and a Fellow of the Aerospace Medical Association. Pete is a lifetime member of the Society of Experimental Test Pilots with operational/flight test experience in the F-4, A-10, F-16 and F-15 fighter aircraft.
Described in a Harvard Business School case as a “global marketing pioneer, business builder and change leader”, Kelly is a broadly experienced executive with a consistent record of growth and innovation across disciplines, major market categories, multiple countries and C-level positions in public and private companies from established to early stage. Kelly's experience includes: Senior lead adviser to clients at IBM, Microsoft, Shell, Samsung, Boeing, Compaq, Ford, AT&T, PepsiCo and Unilever. Resume includes President - FCB (Foote, Cone and Belding Worldwide) (NYSE: IPG); Vice Chairman/Global Operations - Bozell Worldwide; President - Worldwide Client Services, Ogilvy & Mather (NASDAQ: WPPGY).
Neil W. Thomson is the founding member of Thomson Law, PLC. Mr. Thomson is equally comfortable in the courtroom as in the boardroom, and regularly serves as lead transactional and litigation counsel. Mr. Thomson is a member of the Arizona and American Bar Associations, and is a member of the Business, and Litigation Sections of the ABA. Mr. Thomson has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America for business and commercial attorneys from 2001 though 2011 and has long held the prestigious AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review RatingSM from Martindale-Hubbell®. Mr. Thomson lives in Phoenix with his wife and their three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, competing in triathlons as well as playing lacrosse and ice hockey.

Following a more than 20 year accomplished nursing career in labor and delivery, Renea thrust herself into the non-acute clinic management space, giving her a fully rounded career qualifying her to take on the Provider Relations opportunity at Meridian. Her expertise has given her a unique skill set enabling her to speak to both sides of the medical practice equation, the provider and the administrator.
If she's not resolving the complexities of hundreds of practice challenges simultaneously, you can find Renea anywhere the ocean temperature breaks 90 degrees.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare and Education, and brings to Meridian well over 20 years in healthcare experience in multiple facets of the business of medicine. In addition to her command of the sales, marketing and communications aspects of healthcare, Samantha is exceptionally well versed in the nuances and intricacies of Health Information Systems. This unique knowledge set has made her an incredible asset to the Meridian management team.
Samantha is an accomplished singer, with multiple studio recordings and public performances under her belt. The Meridian team is still reluctant to invite her to karaoke night.
Through her years of community building, business development and bringing the Las Vegas Community together through her regional networking platform, Candy has been the foundation of Meridian partner relations since inception. In addition to her devotion to her children, Candy is a renown pageant judge, and the proud recipient of the Las Vegas top 100 Women in Business of 2017. Her hobbies include more than being a nationally known mommy blogger, to include softball and being an accomplished boxer.
